Hi! My name is Pat Haddad and I am the owner of
The Haddad Team. I first got my real estate license to sell Indy Real Estate in 1993. Having a blended family of eight children, the youngest being 3, I soon realized that raising a family and selling houses did not always go hand in hand. I decided to put my license up on the shelf and focus on raising my family.
In 2000, after seeing all of the brood off to school, I restarted my real estate career. Real estate is known as a career with lots of ups and downs–sort of a roller coaster— and I have certainly had my share. However, after working harder than most my first three full years in the business, things really took off!
It is like they say, ‘what goes around, comes around’. I truly care about my clients and I think it shows. As hokey as it sounds, I try hard to do the right thing and treat others as I would like to be treated. Soon I had more business than I could handle. I hired my first administrative assistant and also my first buyer agent.
I now have a team of eight. We are in the top 1% out of over 6,000 realtors in Indianapolis Indiana—-not to brag, but to let you know we are successful because we do a good job!
