In what appears to be some welcome good news for the Indianapolis housing market, units sold and units pended (both increased by 16 percent in the three months ending in November 2009 compared to the same time period for 2008, according to data released by the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTOR®s.  Average sales price and median sales price also both showed an increase compared to 2008.
